Abstract

The report is based on a literature review and discuss three topics: 1. Can economic growth eradicate poverty? 2. How can donors contribute to private sector growth and structural transformation in poor countries? 3. How can donors support micro, small and medium enterprises in a way to make them grow and increase their incomes and employment?
